Our manual machining and horizontal boring capabilities allow us to tackle specialty work that requires hands‑on precision and flexibility. With a full range of manual mills, grinders, and a horizontal boring mill offering 60" x 48" travel and a gun‑drilling attachment, we can efficiently machine deep holes, large components, and complex features that demand expert control. This combination of skilled craftsmanship and versatile equipment ensures accurate results on projects that benefit from traditional machining techniques.

We offer optional delivery and pick‑up services to give customers a seamless, reliable way to move parts, tooling, and materials to and from our facility. With a 6‑ton flatbed truck and a single high‑capacity forklift for safe loading and unloading, we can handle large, heavy, or oversized components with confidence. Our location near major highways and rail access allows for efficient scheduling and quick turnaround, ensuring every pick‑up or delivery request is handled securely and on time.

Our EDM machining capabilities support high‑precision manufacturing for complex geometries, hardened materials, and features that cannot be produced through conventional cutting methods. With six ram‑type EDM machines operating at up to 150 amps, we achieve exceptional accuracy in deep cavities, sharp internal corners, fine details, and tight‑tolerance profiles. These systems allow us to maintain stable spark control, superior surface finishes, and repeatable results across tooling, mold components, and specialty parts requiring micron‑level precision.

Our CAD/CAM programming capabilities allow us to efficiently transition customer designs into precise, production‑ready machining strategies. Using advanced CAD/CAM software and multiple dedicated programming stations, we generate accurate toolpaths for complex geometries, tight‑tolerance features, and multi‑axis machining. This digital workflow improves accuracy, reduces setup time, and ensures consistent, repeatable results across CNC milling, turning, EDM, and specialty machining operations.
